New Year's Eve

Russ had to go back to work today. I worked getting everything picked up because we showed our house this morning. The perfect time to show...getting back from the holidays after having left in a rush to make it in time to see Phil. The kids had to pitch in a lot to help put things away and clean the house. They were ready to be with their friends and relax.

Taylor had her friend Brooke over so they could finish their Goldberg project. It is due the day they go back to school. It is called the Chipmunk Feeder. Did I mention they loved the new movie out? Maybe they will find a way to play the music with it.

Trevor went to spend the night with his friend, Caleb. They popped fireworks and watched a movie. Caleb is the boy who pulled Trevor off the monkey bars in kindergarten which resulted in two broken bones in Trevor's arm. This picture is from last year. They love to play and apparently fight together.

Tatum spent the night with her friend, Emily. They had a bonfire and popped fireworks. This is a picture of the kids roasting marshmallows a few weeks ago at our house. The other picture is them reading for the Read In in my classroom. They love to dress up and sing and dance. I think they know each line and move in High School Musical by heart.
Trent played games with us and watched the ball drop. Kelly rang in the new year with us, too.
