Trent was excited to compete in his first track meet. He wanted to try everything to see which he liked best. He planned on racing in the 100m, 200m, & 400m when he started out at 8 AM.
He won first place in the relay with Cade, Clay, and Tucker, who is in 5th grade. We were so proud of them. They did a great job! They had no problem passing the baton even though they had never done it before.
When he raced in the 200m he had to race he raced in the 13-14 year old division even though he is only 12. My little 6th grader raced against the boys from our school who are in 7th & 8th. By 1 PM he was tired and ready to go.
