Marc Chagall's granddaughter, Bella Meyer, came to first grade to talk about her grandfather's art.
She was very good with the students. They were enthralled with what she had to say. They asked really good questions, too. This picture is of Bella, her assistant and our art teacher, Mrs. Fredrick.
First grade took a field trip to see his work at the Children's Museum.
They made murals in art class and discussed his work.
