Alex

Today one of my former fourth grade students died in his sleep. These are some of the kids who were in my fourth grade class at their 8th grade graduation. Alex is the one talking on the phone. Alex was always happy, friendly, and full of life. He liked to give hugs. He seemed to do everything with enthusiasm. He was in Taylor's class from 4th - 8th grade. This is the first year they haven't been at the same school since he started at First Baptist. When he was in my class he wrote in his journal that he wanted to work at his father's store when he grew up because he looked up to his dad. He was a great kid and I will miss him and his smile.
