Our Trip to the Mayo Clinic

Since I am not a pro at posting, I will divide up our Mayo trip into several parts to avoid becoming too frustrated when I lose something.

We left Saturday to head to the Mayo Clinic. It was 1197 miles. We went through Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa.

The first day we went 720 miles. We decided to stop in Memphis, Tennessee to eat dinner. We happened to drive by Elvis Presley's house. Then we accidentally found Beale Street. Taylor was even willing to take a picture in front of The Gibson Guitar Shop.

We ate at BB King's Club. Taylor had heard of it because Miley Cyrus loves it.

Blind Mississippi Morris was playing.

They had wonderful ribs.

Because of all our fun, we got to St. Louis, Missouri at 2:00 a.m. The next morning we slept in and , since we were in St. Louis, we decided to tour the Arch.

It was windy and we were freezing in a little over 30 degree temperatures.

Trent, Trevor, Tatum, and Russ went all the way to the top in a little car.

When they got to the top they laid on a slant and looked out the window.

The second night we got to Bloomington, Minnesota at 2:00 a.m. Our bags for just one night.

The kids were thrilled with the snow.

There snowballs were a little flat and square.

We had a fabulous time at the Mall of America on Monday. Taylor loved her short shopping spree at H&M.

Nickelodeon had a theme park in the middle of the mall. The kids had a blast.

I rode my first big girl roller coaster (It's the green track).

The kids had such a good time at the park, they did not mind all my requests for pictures. This one is in front of Sponge Bob's house.
