Taylor went to the hospital early Tuesday morning, because she was having side pain. The doctor thought she had a kidney stone. She said Taylor needed an IV and to stay at the hospital. Later that morning, the doctor decided she needed to be induced because the baby's heart rate dropped with each contraction.
We were excited, but we were shocked to find out that Blair would be coming at 37 weeks.

Luckily, I had put some things in the car in preparation for her birth.

At 11am, Taylor was induced at a 2.
In a short time, she was a 4. The doctor broke her water and then she got an IV. We both fell asleep, since we had gone to bed after 3am. The nurse woke us up at 12 and told us Taylor was a 10. After 4 pushes, at exactly 1pm, Blair Ella was born.
She was 18 inches and 5 lbs 12 oz.
Grandpa got to see Blair for a few minutes before he had to fly to Germany.
We are so grateful for our little Blair!
